Services for general aviation 

An Operations service is available to all users of the airport.
It ensures assistance for the crews and passengers of all private flights:
- Welcome and information
- Weather forecasts
- Consultation of flight plans and NOTAMs
- Assistance with Customs clearance
- Assistance with finding and booking taxis, hotels and hire cars
- Catering service
- Refuelling service (Air BP)
- STAP/PCL  (Parameter Automatic Transmission System/Pulse Control Lighting)  service upon request

Arriving at Béziers Cap d'Agde airport

All requests for flights on the airport must be made to the airport operations services either by e-mail or by fax. Download the flight request form.

On arrival, all crews must report to the operations office.
Unless a form has previously been submitted, an information sheet must be completed for invoicing.
Exit by an access reserved for private air flights.
NB : for flights coming from outside Schengen air space, 48 hours’ notice is required and any change must be communicated without fail to the operations service.

  

Departing from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport

Entry by an access reserved for private aviation.
To avoid invoicing costs, crews are invited to settle their bill on departure with the operations service.
