What’s happening

Via Domitia
The first road built outside Rome in 118 B.C., the Via Domitia shows the will of the Roman Empire to organize its conquered territories. The network of Roman roads - 100,000 km around the Mediterranean and across Europe - travelled through Gaul, tracing a link between the Iberian Peninsula and Italy. Today beneath our feet, monuments and archeological sites play out 2,000 years of history. Come and visit this glorious road of Antiquity. Via Domitia

Sharing our secrets

The Garden of Saint Adrian
One of the most spectacular gardens of our region. A dream of a native son, the old quarries dating from the Middle Ages were gradually transformed into a lush green oasis paradoxical set on volcanic rocks. In this place of contrasts, the visitor passes from natural stone and fragrant flowers then to the cool shade of pine trees. Four bodies of water are present creating a striking effect in this extraordinary garden landscape. A Must Do & See!
